Welcome to our new product updates! We’ve been working hard on listening to customer feedback and iterating on our product. We love to hear how you’re liking our new features, so feel free to give us a shout with any feedback! This update covers about the last month worth of notable updates.

AP/AR Aging:

On the bill and invoice pages select “Group By” → Customer to see your Aging Schedule!

CRM Integrations:

You can now connect HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRMs to Campfire! We’ll sync in your customer contracts automatically once they’ve closed.

Prepayments

Our first release of our Prepayment automation feature is now live! Create your schedules , available on all bills, paid or unpaid! See it at Bill → Create (or Edit) Prepayment

Ramp Integration Improvements:

We’ve gone deep on Ramp this month, some notable updates are:

  • Auto-categorization of transactions from Ramp, filling in Account, Vendor, and Department

  • Only sync “Ready” transactions, after marked as such in Ramp

  • Bill attachment sync: Find the files in your Campfire Bill Attachments

  • Receipt Syncing: Find the receipts attached to your Card transactions on the related journal entries in campfire

  • Easier setup, dropping necessity to setup developer credentials

CSV Upload for Everything!

You can now upload CSV’s for:

  • Chart of Accounts

  • Journal Entries

  • Invoices

  • Bills

  • Bank Transactions (In Cash Management → Transactions)

    • Will created linked Journal Entries like it’s coming in from your bank

    • Also new API for bank transactions to feel closer to how our transactions flow in from Bank

Invoice Message Templates:

Go to general settings to add a default message on invoices.

General Fixes and Improvements :

  • Ability to reconcile, and upload Journal Entries in non-USD currencies

  • Select product SKU when creating a contract schedule to automate the process instead adding for individual rows.

  • Improved Speed of financial reporting
